This webpage is designed to provide information and resources examining the issue of state regulation for managers in the state of Illinois.  
 
The Illinois Legislative action Committee (ILAC), the Illinois Chapter of CAI, and CAI National are willing to commit time, money and energy into an initiative to develop legislation for state regulation or certification of community association managers. However we need to know if Illinois community association managers support or oppose such legislation before making the commitment.  
 
Check the resources below for more information on the issue, and to track our progress on the research our manager's committee is undertaking.
