Rosen Management Services (RMS), a well-respected Chicago-land Property Management company which has been in business over 35 years, is seeking two full-time Portfolio Property Managers for the North Side of Chicago and the Near North Suburbs to accommodate a growing portfolio. 

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, business, financial, organizational and leadership skills.  Must be a team player, proactive and ethical, and have the ability to follow through and coordinate projects to a successful completion.  The Portfolio Property Manager position requires a person who is flexible, open, and able to work with different personality types. A hybrid work schedule is possible after initial training and acclimation period. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Frequent communication with the Board of Directors, Owners, Vendors, and the Management team.
  • Ability to facilitate the maintenance of the common areas, and ensure the overall condition of the properties are good.  
  • Develop and monitor the property budget; review and approve financial reports; oversee projects and vendors. 
  • Pro-actively handle emergencies as they arise.
  • Attend evening Board meetings and occasional weeknight/weekend on-call response to the emergency service support.

 Skills and Requirements

  • Must provide status of Community Association license.
  • Experience in the community association industry is required.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
  • Candidate must have Chicago-land experience 
  • High school education or GED equivalent. 
  • Must have a reliable vehicle 

Experience with MS Office is required: Word, Outlook, and Excel specifically. Training is provided. Health and dental insurance options, paid vacation and reimbursement for travel expenses offered. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
