Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Property Management

Compensation: Hourly
Employment type: Part-Time
Hours: 15-20 per week – weekdays

A fast-paced, busy property management company is seeking a part-time administrative person to assist our portfolio Property Managers. This is a perfect opportunity to make supplemental income for individuals in the real-estate industry or other related fields. That being said, industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Send template-based notices and emails. 
  • Assist with mailings when necessary.
  • Assist with answering phones.
  • Schedule services with vendors.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated with good customer service skills.
  • Be a team player enjoy and helping people. 
  • Organized, detail oriented with ability to multitask. 
  • High-school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Word, Outlook, and some Excel


Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
