Lea started with Associa in 2008 and has worked in customer service for almost 20 years, starting with food service and retail before moving into office-based Customer Service. Lea transitioned from Associa Customer Care Representative to Community Association Manager in 2010 and has worked with a diverse portfolio of properties, including mid-rise condos, townhomes, single family homes, developer and commercial properties.

In addition to working with individual communities, Lea leads the Associa Chicagoland Customer Care Department, and provides education on association management topics via CAI, ACTHA, and other industry educators.

She is an active member of the Community Associations Institute, where she attends industry events, seminars and trade shows, and is a co-chair of the CAI-IL Homeowner Leader Education Committee. Lea obtained her CMCA designation in 2011, her AMS in 2012, and the prestigious PCAM designation in 2016.
