Todd

Todd joined the A and A Paving team in 2013 when he decided to partner with Bob Olson in his dream of not only creating a high-functioning business entity, but one that always focused on impacting the community around them. Todd has been the CEO of Heritage Realty and Development, a hands-on real estate firm that operates as a commercial brokerage and handles property management, since 2005.

He uses his business acumen to influence progress within the community by volunteering his time and expertise; he has held a Chamber board position for many years, in addition to sitting on the board of such organizations as the Roselle Police Association Foundation, DuPage County Area Project (DuCap), and the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Local Advisory Committee.
