Rachel

Rachel Kegley is a Real Estate industry leader in Chicago, IL with more than 11 years of experience in customer service and community association management. Rachel joined Phoenix Rising Management, LLC in 2009 as a Community Manager. Rachel’s past customer service and employee training experience within the hotel and restaurant industry has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Community Association Management department at PRM.

After roles as a Community Manager, Team Leader and Director of Community Managers at PRM, Rachel is now the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Rachel also serves as co-chair of the Conference and Exhibition committee for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the industry’s professional networking chapter. Rachel has attained all the professional designations offered through CAI, including Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)—the highest designation a community association manager can attain in the industry.

She is a Licensed Community Association Manager with the State of Illinois and has a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Western Illinois University. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Rachel and her husband Jason have one son.
