Patti O'Connor is a partner in the Community Association Group. She represents cooperatives, condominium and homeowner's associations in all aspects of governance and litigation, including declaration and bylaw amendments and enforcement, assessment collections, owner bankruptcies and foreclosures, evictions, injunctions, covenant enforcement and developer and construction defect litigation.

A frequent lecturer and author, Patti also focuses her efforts on leading a practice group that is recognized as a premier provider of legal services to community associations in the greater Chicagoland area.
