Mr. Jones concentrates his practice in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations, as well as the areas of general civil and commercial law. He has extensive experience in preparing and amending association governing documents, such as declarations, bylaws and rules and regulations as well as the enforcement of same. Mr. Jones also provides advice to numerous boards of directors on a wide range of association matters, including through legal opinion letters and attending association meetings, and conducts litigation on behalf of associations when necessary. He is also familiar with the FHA requirements applicable to condominium associations and has assisted many condominiums with applying for FHA certification through the HRAP process.

Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2006, Mr. Jones has been an associate attorney with Keay & Costello, P.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University in 2000, with a minor in Religious Studies. Mr. Jones is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association. He has made presentations at events for CAI-Illinois, ACTHA, and multiple Chicago Bar Association committees, and is currently a member of the CAI-Illinois Legal Forum/Conference Education Committee.
