Kathy Kadlec is the Marketing Manager at Site Maintenance, Inc. in Chicago, IL. Site Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 1978 to provide a wide range of construction repair services for the condominium and multi-family common-wall market. Since the company's inception, we have developed specialized operations to complete multi-year, multi-phase remedial repair contracts on all types of structures and complexes. We are an Illinois licensed roofing contractor.
