Greg

Greg Lason is an Illinois Licensed Professional Engineer that has been working within the condominium and townhome industry since 2002. Mr. Lason had been an active member of the Community Associations Institute Illinois chapter since 2005. His involvement in CAI has included speaking at the annual tradeshow, authoring articles that have been published in the chapters’ magazine, and co-chairing the Golf Outing Committee.

Mr. Lason worked as an Engineering Associate and Project Manager at HBIS Engineering and LandAmerica Assessment Corporation from 2002-2007. While at HBIS and LAC, Mr. Lason was responsible for the companies reserve study program and developed their construction specification program.
