The 2026 CAI-Illinois Food drive concluded on June 18th.

Thank you to the 13 community management companies that engaged their communities, their employees and their vendors in the Food Giving Challenge!

Our goal was to collect enough donations for 25,000 meals. Together, we collected over 3,000 items and over $13,000 in donations. That’s equal to 132,000 meals!!

CAI-Illinois and the Community Relations Committee are deeply grateful for the enthusiasm and the amazing generosity! We came together, gave together and made a huge impact for many struggling families in our communities.
