We are rolling out the CAI-IL InfoHub. Here you will be able to access your member profile/status, membership directory, event registrations, and billing information. Coming soon will be CEU credits as well.
Beginning November 4, 2026, you will be required to create a member login and will need to login for all CAI-IL event registrations. This is not the same login as your CAI National account, but you should choose the same email and password associated with your membership for ease of remembering.
How to Create Your Login
Step 1: Visit https://communityassociationsinstituteillinoischapter.growthzoneapp.com/MIC/Login
Step 2: Click Create One
Step 3: Use the email associated with your CAI membership and you should be matched to the record that is already in our database.
Step 4: Enjoy the InfoHub and update any aspects that aren’t accurate.
