This Homeowner Class on Rules & Regulations helps homeowners better understand the purpose, structure, and enforcement of association rules. Learn how rules are created, applied, and updated—and gain clarity on how they support a fair, well-managed community.

Just in Time! As Associations in Illinois will be required to have Collections Policies in place by January 1, 2027, which are recommended to be formally incorporated in the Rules & Regulations, this class is a timely opportunity to learn the process for updating your community’s Rules accordingly.
