I am pleased to share on July 20th; CAI Illinois Chapter Homeowner Education Committee hosted 32 homeowners for a Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL) class focused on Diving Deep into Budgets and Financials. Thank you to the Homeowner Ed Committee Captains, Diane Esmael and Steve Silberman, for orchestrating a successful event.
A special thank you to our Panelists, Myles Philipp (Cantey CPA) and Rose Jurczewski, CMCA, AMS (Associa) who did an excellent job teaching the class. The homeowners were eager to learn and left with a wealth of knowledge about budgets, reserve studies, monthly and year-end financials, equipping them for the upcoming HOA budget season.
