We are a large, full-service management company that has served the Chicagoland area for over 35 years. As our firm continues to grow, we are again seeking experienced, self-motivated, friendly, highly organized individuals to join our team. With the help of our awesome support staff, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
MANAGER DUTIES:
- Communicate and Work Closely with Board Members, Committee Members and Homeowners
- Prepare Annual Budgets
- Prepare Management Reports
- Prepare RFP’s
- Supervise Contractors
- Property Inspections
- Attend Board Meetings as Contractually Required
