A unique opportunity for a seasoned and licensed community association manager in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Become head of an on-site team managing a 398 community association which consists of several mid-rise buildings and townhomes.
Braeside is looking for a licensed Community Association Manager with strong administrative and organizational abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating maintenance and administrative functions and interfacing with a Board of Directors and association members. Dealing with and negotiating with contractors for superior services and competitive pricing is an integral part of this job.
Successful candidate should have 5 years of senior association management experience, excellent writing skills, and supervisory experience.
Salary: Salary range is $90-$110k, commensurate with experience.
