Overview

Braeside Community Management, an award-winning Property Management Company servicing the North Shore, is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager for a single site North Shore property.

Braeside offers excellent pay and benefits, geographically small portfolios and a great work environment.

Braeside is looking for a licensed Community Manager with strong administrative and organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating maintenance and administrative functions and interfacing with a Board of Directors and association members.

Successful candidate should have 5 years of association management experience, excellent writing skills,and supervisory experience. Non-licensed, experienced property managers, either commercial or residential real estate manager, will be considered, however you will be required to obtain a license during their first year of employment.
