Stand out in CAI-Illinois’ 2024 Membership Directory, the largest listing of homeowner leaders, managers, professionals, and vendors who work directly with community associations in the Chicagoland area. The directory will be distributed to over 2,000 board members, managers, and business partners. Many CAI-Illinois members rely exclusively on their CAI-Illinois Membership Directory when searching for services.

2024 CAI-IL Membership Directory Data Verification Process
This year’s membership directory will be printed based entirely on the data you have on file for your membership at CAI National HQ. There will not be a local data verification process. Therefore,
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR MEMBER DATA WITH CAI NATIONAL HQ BEFORE APRIL 26, 2024. Login in at https://www.caionline.org/Pages/Default.aspx
Login is in the upper right corner of the CAI National home page where it says Sign In. If you do not know your login, contact CAI National HQ at 888-224-4321.
We will run a membership report on April 26, 2024, and data in that report will be used for the printed directory.
If you would like to omit all or some of your records from the directory or make a non-permanent change to your local directory data only, you must send an email to [email protected] by April 26, 2024, outlining exactly what you want your directory listing to say. Keep in mind that unless otherwise indicated, board members and homeowners will only list names and associations, no personal contact information. If you want to make changes to your permanent CAI National record, you can do so online or by sending an email to [email protected].

CAI-IL will attempt to be as accurate as possible in the publishing of this directory. However, CAI-IL will not be responsible for any damages that may result from inaccuracies. If there is a mistake made by CAI-IL in the 2024 directory, the member must advise CAI-IL no later than August 31, 2024. In the event an inaccuracy is the result of a CAI-IL error, CAI-IL will take steps to correct the inaccuracy. CAI-IL assumes no responsibility for information that is updated past the deadline, completed improperly, or completed by the wrong person. Only current members of CAI Illinois will be included in the CAI-Illinois Membership Directory. Anyone who joins or makes changes after April 26, 2024 will not be included in the 2024 printed directory. CAI-IL assumes no responsibility for omissions that are the result of an expired or lapsed membership at the time membership data was collected.
