RESOURCES
We will ship an M-100 Participant Guide to all course participants. Note: The Participant Guide is a reference book for this class – you do not need it to successfully complete the course. Along with your course registration, you also have access to a wide array of relevant resources—including sample documents, pertinent articles from CAI publications, and much more.
COURSE EVALUATION AND EXAM
After you have completed this course, you are encouraged to complete a short evaluation. It is very important that you provide candid feedback on both the content and presentation of the course. All evaluations are confidential and will only be seen by CAI staff in aggregate form. CAI uses evaluation feedback to improve the content of our courses as well as enhance the learning experience.
This course includes an online multiple-choice final examination, which will be available after the virtual instruction is finished. You will receive two opportunities to pass the exam, and you must complete the exam within 30 days of the course. The exam is timed and must be completed in a single session. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will instantly receive your grade, and – if you score 70% or higher – you will receive an electronic certificate of completion on the CAI website.
