The purpose of this advanced course is to increase Board Member knowledge as it relates to a community association’s finances, overall financial stability and best practices in dealing with the multitude of money related aspects in a community. This course is available to those who have taken Understanding Financials, providing a deeper dive into budgets, reserve studies, and banking.
