Great communication skills, of course computer skills and writing skills.
Duties will include :
- Answer phones and emails
- Communicate with unit owners and residents and prepare work orders for repair work
- Work with service contractors to schedule appointments or schedule repairs needed
- Prepare violation letters and notices to buildings.
- Post assessment payments to unit owners accounts, perform monthly ach
- Prepare and process invoices and Print Checks for Property Manager
- Acquire current Certificate of Insurance from service contractors.
- Order mail tags
- Work with maintenance staff setting up appointments for repairs inside condominiums
- Prepare Paid Assessment Status Letters and Lender Questionnaires
- Attend 1 night Board Meeting a month to take minutes
- Update Website
- 2 Week paid vacation plus 5 sick/ personal days.
- 3 Weeks paid vacation after 5 years.
